We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Fred, were extremely helpful in assisting us with our plans to explore the city without needing to rent a car. The location was great, as it was conveniently close to Santa Monica beach and there were bus stops nearby. The hotel even upgraded us to a kingsize room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. Additionally, the free breakfast had a wide array of choices, including cereal, fruit, pancakes, eggs, and sausage patties. The kids especially loved the pancake machine that cooked them to order. we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The proximity to public transportation, such as the metro and major train stations to downtown, was also a major plus.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently located near UCLA and Santa Monica Beach. this hotel provided good value for the price, with comfortable rooms and attentive details.

Parking could be a bit challenging at times.

Convenient location near major attractions and in a quiet residential area. Nice sized suite with a balcony. Helpful staff and comfortable beds. Free breakfast with a variety of choices. Complimentary valet parking and homey atmosphere.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in NW Los Angeles. The location was great, with attractions like Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood just a short drive away. I was also pleased to find a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a fridge, TV, iron, and closets. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a nice selection of continental and hot meals. I also enjoyed relaxing in the small jacuzzi and pool. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

One drawback of the hotel was that parking was valet only, costing an additional $20 a day. Additionally, the layout of the hotel could be challenging for seniors as the lift was not accessible from the lobby, requiring guests to navigate stairs with their luggage.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. the rooms are good sized and the bed is comfortable. continental breakfast was the best.

Room was big plus the breakfast was GREAT. We booked deluxe queen suite and really enjoyed it. It deserves its 3 stars.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got a spacious quadruple room with a living room area and balcony, it felt like a mini-apartment. The location was great, right by a metro stop and within walking distance of restaurants and ice cream. The staff, especially Fred, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always friendly and helpful.

More variety in the breakfast items would have been nice.

The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The free breakfast had a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot waffles. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space. I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western property and would consider staying here again.

The staff were friendly, and the bed was great. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Hop Li, set within 15 minutes walk or so. Absolutely excellent stay🙂🙂

The location is great! Metro station 3 minutes away and you can get from there to Santa Monica Pier in 15 minutes without changing. Clean rooms, which are really big and include a small living room. Breakfast was included in the price, which makes the start into the morning easier.

I had a pleasant and relaxing overnight stay while on my way to this area with spacious accommodations.
